Shamanic Energy Healing
A shamanic healing session often begins with a conversation, typically about what the client is currently experiencing physically, mentally and emotionally. From there, the work begins. I work in the journey and in the client’s energy field, traveling into non-ordinary reality and calling upon the guides and ancestors of myself and my client. The form and methods of healing that come forward are based upon what needs to be done in the session, and I use a mixture of shamanic techniques, reiki, breathwork, and sound in my sessions. Some of the healing techniques may include:
- Soul Retrieval, which is the locating and return of a missing soul part which broke away during an experienced trauma
- Energy Extractions, removing stagnant or intrusive energies from my client’s energy body
-Chakra Clearing , where the energy body and chakras are examined, and energetically cleared to restore a sense of vitality to my client
These techniques can ultimately lead to a greater sense of wholeness, connection, and overall health.
These sessions can be in person or long distance, as it works the same either way. Energy healing should never replace or substitute medical and psychological advice from professionals.

These sessions last between one to one and a half hours.
Breathwork
Breath is life.
Breathing is something that we all do subconsciously... but it's when you turn your awareness to an active breath practice that true magic can happen. Breath opens doors to expansion, release and connection, giving you a deeper access to your own healing. Breath is such a powerful tool of movement, allowing such impactful processing and shifts to occur on a physical and energetic level. We tend to "swallow" or "shove down" the icky feelings we don't want to look at or deal with... grief, trauma, stresses... these energies can become stuck in your body, causing all sorts of unwanted effects and dis-ease. By activating the breath, you can shake them up and move them out, creating space for beautiful healing, giving yourself the opportunity to really thrive.
Breathwork is a beautiful way to stand in your own power of healing and health.

Reiki

As a reiki master, I use this ancient and beautiful Japanese energy practice as the foundation for most all of my work. To me, reiki is like a massage for your energy body. Scanning the energy meridians of the body can lead to many revelations, and this is often how I am guided to begin. Reiki can be offered alone, or in combination with any of these other healing modalities.
These sessions can be in person or long distance, as the energy moves the same way, regardless. Energy healing should never replace or substitute advice from medical professionals.
Energy Exchange is $55 for a half hour session,
$111 for an hour session
Animal Reiki + Communication
I am a trained Animal Communicator and I am a reiki practitioner, and I use these techniques to connect with your beloved pet or animal friend. Sessions with you and the animal can be for healing of the physical, mental or emotional state; to connect with your pet in a new way and possibly gain some insight into behavior; or to hold space in assisting your pet as they transition from this life into the next.
These sessions can be in person or long distance, as it works the same either way. Sometimes long distance sessions are preferred, as a new person in the physical space can be jarring or distracting for some pets. Options and preferences can be discussed.

House + Space Clearing
Houses and buildings are living beings, much as we are. As such, they experience a lot of what we experience. They hold us through our joys and hear the depths of our deepest sorrows. These energies can get stuck and homes need energetic cleaning, as much as physical cleaning, which is often all we consider. Homes and buildings can also experience feelings, such as neglect and stress, which can all be addressed.
People come and go throughout time and space, carrying their own energy with them, and often leaving bits of it behind when they depart, like energy cobwebs or dust bunnies.
If you are experiencing negativity, sadness, or disturbances, it could be an indication of a space that needs some attention, love and clearing.
House clearings must be done in person.

Weddings, Blessings + Ceremonies
Ceremonies can have so many places in our lives. It’s a practice of gratitude and celebration our fast-paced, insta-culture has largely forgotten… but marking occasions with special ceremonies helps your energy to ground and connect, and helps to expand your heart center. I am ordained in New York and Louisiana, so I can assist with weddings, vow renewals, births, anniversary blessings, and other special occasions…. Blessings over a special day or special being… If you are moving out of a home and would like to clear and express gratitude to your previous space, or moving into a new home and you’re looking to have a blessing ceremony to clear the space and mark a new chapter… there are so many options and ideas. I am always open to collaborating on designing the right ceremony for you.

Alchemy of the Elements
Several years ago, I met an incredible human, a witch and breathwork facilitator named Lauren Fox. Together, we founded Alchemy of the Elements, which is where we hold space in weekly community circles. These circles are open to any, and we invite you to join us. Our current schedule includes regular Tuesday evening meetings, as well as celebratory circles in observance of the new and full moon each month, as well as the wheel of the year holidays.
Lauren and I also offer private sessions, for individuals or groups.

Commissioned Ceremonial Tools
The tools we use in ceremony are very personal, and having a connection to them is very powerful. I began by crafting my own tools as I needed them, and I'm now delighted to offer these services openly.
I make drums and rattles by hand, in ceremony. I can create them by your instruction, or I can journey and see what helping spirit would prescribe for you. Other handcrafted tools and offerings will be available here in my shop, very soon.
